Service description
Felt is an AI-assisted travel planning tool. We generate trip package suggestions based on your preferences. We are not a licensed travel agent and packages are suggestions, not guarantees of availability or pricing until booking is confirmed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Felt. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
AI-generated content
Trip packages, explanations, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work to ensure accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. Always review package details, including flight times, hotel policies, and activity descriptions, before booking.
Pricing
Prices shown are estimates based on live supplier data at the time of search. Prices are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and paid. Felt is not responsible for price changes between search and booking.
User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@felt.travel if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prohibited use
You may not use Felt to scrape data, create fake accounts, circumvent pricing, resell packages, or engage in fraudulent bookings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felt is not liable for travel disruptions, cancellations, or supplier failures. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Felt, not the cost of any third-party travel products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of St. Johns County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after 30 days notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
