What we collect and why

Account data

Email address and password (hashed). Used to create and authenticate your account. Lawful basis: contract.

Trip briefs

Destination, dates, traveler count, budget, and your vibe description. Used to generate trip packages. Lawful basis: contract.

Preferences

Pace, comfort, style, and occasion settings. Used to personalize packages. Lawful basis: contract.

Support messages

Content of any messages you send us. Retained for up to 2 years. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.

Analytics (optional)

Anonymized page views and feature usage, only with your consent. We recommend Plausible Analytics which requires no cookies.

AI and automated processing

Trip packages are generated using OpenAI's API. Your trip brief and preferences are sent to OpenAI to produce package options and explanations. OpenAI does not use API data to train its models. A Data Processing Agreement is in place with OpenAI. No fully automated decisions with legal or significant effects are made — all packages are presented as options for you to review and accept.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights from your account privacy settings or by emailing privacy@felt.travel. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
